“Mahalakshmi Path – The Evolution” has been honored with the 2nd Runner-Up Award in the category of Feature Film (India & Neighboring Countries of India) – Full-Length Movie/Documentary at the 9th Durgapur International Film Festival.

About the Festival:
The 9th Durgapur International Film Festival brought together talent from 20 countries including India, Turkey, UAE, USA, Iran, Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Myanmar, Philippines, Greece, Mexico, Sweden, and the UK.

Out of 200+ entries, 73 official selections were screened in September 2024. The festival showcased full-length films, documentaries, music videos, and short films from around the world across 3 vibrant days.

A total of 30 categories were recognized, with 55 awards presented at the closing ceremony. The event was graced by all the judges, along with several renowned artists and technicians who celebrated cinema together.
